The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) regulates and strengthens corporate responsibility in global supply chains in order to ensure compliance with human rights, such as the exclusion of child labor, the right to fair wages and environmental protection.
From January 1, 2024, the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act will apply to companies with at least 1,000 employees. As a subsidiary of ANWR GROUP eG, DZB BANK is also subject to these requirements.

The first risk analysis in accordance with the requirements of the Act was carried out in 2024. The resulting findings and measures will be published in the declaration of principles after completion. The declaration of principles is supplemented by the company's own Code of Conduct.
